If only DMV locations could be this useful and quick. I walked in without appointment on a Monday evening. Was helped immediately and they weee so helpful and even waited on me to make a call to their helpline to get things cleared. I went in for payment update on my 17 fastrak devices.
Great experience both over the phone and in person. Didn’t know or remembered that I have acct with them for yrs before I open the toll road 5yrs ago. And I have $$ in the account but they charged monthly fee so it ate up all and went negative. Got letter and call them and they helped to solve the issue…very friendly and helpful and since I was in the neighborhood, stopped by to shown some ID and got it resolved & closed up the acct and get $$ back prior to the monthly applied.
