I purchased a pass because I frequently drive on dirt county roads. I attempted to go through the wash on 8 occasions over the course of about a week. I was turned away 5 of 8 times because my vehicle was "too dirty". There is literally no reason to have a car wash pass if I can't actually wash my vehicle in the car wash. Complete waste of money and time. I'm leaving a 2 star review because the manager at least gave me the option to go wash my car SOMEWHERE ELSE and come back to get reimbursed for that wash and then I could ... read more
The attendant was patient with my mom who was having trouble positioning the car properly in the car wash; He was helpful and friendly! The air by the vacuums was a little weak but overall great service.
