I have been trying to get these people to submit my insurance claim for 10 months now and all I get is a run around. Guess I’m going into there office tomorrow

Went to the ER on April 29th. I have paid every bill I received from that visit. Imagine my surprise when I get a notice from collections for a bill for the physician on call that night. I was never sent a bill for the $47.09 that I owed. Instead of trying to contact me they sent me straight to collections less than 2 months after my visit. As a healthcare executive, I can tell you emphatically that this company is fraudulent. After moving to Kansas City from a different state, I broke my foot. Being new to my job and the area, I was a cash pay customer. Therefore, I reviewed my bill for accuracy. It was not accurate. I disputed it. While in dispute (I called multiple times for an update) my bill was sent to collections. Folks, this is fraud and I was lied to by the staff that my bill was still in review. If I could give a review below a one-star, I would definitely do so. Like the others who have posted reviews, we had the same problem. My daughter used their services after being involved in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. I called to get the charges sent to our insurance, in which I was told it would take up to 30 days. I didn't have a problem with this at all. However, the next thing I know we have been turned over to the collection agency for which I was told this would not happen by a rep.

Paid my bill to the ER and confirmed my 0 balance. 2 months later, the bill was sent to collections and told they had no record of my payment. When I called in, they said I should have double confirmed my payment and that they would no longer have record of my payment on the account since it was already sent to collections. So I'm effectively double charged and I have to wait minimum two weeks after mail III ng in my bank statement showing payment
