If I could give a 0 I would. Asked for full ER visit balance from hospital. They took full payment. This ER LLC doesnt accept that amount or the amount my insurance already paid. Now they are threatening collections over the small fee and skipped straight to final notice of payment. No previous bills were received. This is all 4+ months after the visit.
They sent my bill to the wrong insurance so it was obviously denied. Rather than contacting me for clarification, they sent me to collections. Months passed and I had no idea it had been denied. My insurance never got the claim.
EXTREMELY unprofessional company. Paid every bill I got from the Doctors office then almost 2 years later I get sent a bill for almost $1,100. Then when I began paying the bill they stopped sending me statements and blamed me. Practically told me to be more responsible.
I have been trying to get these people to submit my insurance claim for 10 months now and all I get is a run around. Guess I’m going into there office tomorrow
Went to the ER on April 29th. I have paid every bill I received from that visit. Imagine my surprise when I get a notice from collections for a bill for the physician on call that night. I was never sent a bill for the $47.09 that I owed. Instead of trying to contact me they sent me straight to collections less than 2 months after my visit.
