Melissa Lewis is TERRIBLE.
I wish I could give no stars. This company never filed a claim with my insurance or sent me the bill from an ER visit at St. Lukes. They did however decide to sent my information to a collections office, who also never attempted to reach me and put a negative review on my credit.
Same experience as other reviewers. Will not send my bill to insurance. Provides no viable method to contact them (website doesn't work and no one answers the phone). They sent it to collections. Completely incompetent.

I would never recommend these physicians to anyone. First they told me they accepted my insurance then after I went to the hospital and after I got my bill, they inform me they do not take my insurance. I have switched physicians now and couldnt be happier!
