Great service
No wonder there are so many one star reviews for this company. They were no-show for an appointment on June 18, 2026. I spoke to Rita who apologized and rescheduled it for today, July 1. No-show again. I can’t even get hold of anyone. I keep getting the answering service or voicemail.
I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Metro. I’d been through a number of elevator companies prior to being referred to MEC by a former facilities director. The techs & mechanics are knowledgeable.
