Incredibly, rude individual.
Took a dated Bose radio/CD changer in, paid a nominal bench charge of $85.00 for them to look at the unit to see if it could be repaired. Told I would receive a call back in a couple of days. Got a call back the next day with the bad news, sorry the unit is beyond repair.Owner took the time to explained what was wrong and why it could not be repaired.
