Pleasant office staff and knowledgeable technicians
I called metro on September 6, 2024 (a Friday) and told them that we purchased a home that had a whole home generator which was installed by them. I also told them that on its last scheduled “exercise day” it had failed to start and needed someone to come and take a look at it and that the valves may need to be adjusted. Metro Electric is truly a five star outfit. They know their stuff and get right to work and finish the job. We purchased from them, had them install, set up, and currently maintain our Generac crossover generator. I chose correctly when I chose Metro Electric for our crossover generator needs.
