I called metro on September 6, 2024 (a Friday) and told them that we purchased a home that had a whole home generator which was installed by them. I also told them that on its last scheduled “exercise day” it had failed to start and needed someone to come and take a look at it and that the valves may need to be adjusted. We purchased from them, had them install, set up, and currently maintain our Generac crossover generator. I chose correctly when I chose Metro Electric for our crossover generator needs.
