Most important obviously was the craftsmanship. He is very meticulous and his attention to detail is excellent. Secondly and almost as important was his dependability. He was always there when he said he was going to be if there were issues he kept in contact with us. He was very thorough and always made sure he kept the dust and dirt contained in the bathroom area and ALWAYS cleaned up before leaving for the day. We highly recommend him and his crew.
