My implant experience was exceptional. The procedure was well explained and it seemed quick and not painful. The recovery went well. I was sore the first day but after that it seemed fine. I anticipated it would be much worse. I was very pleased it went so well.

Reception and staff so friendly. My issues weren’t normal run of the mill procedures to deal with. Dr. Shabany would always thoroughly discuss and make sure I understood what I needed to have done and how it was going to progress. Some procedures were complex but I had all the confidence in the world in Dr. Shabany. And always if there was any discomfort let them know. However, pain was never an issue Dr. Shabany prepared the surgery area very thoroughly from the start. Thank you Dr. Shabany and staff!

I was a patient of Dr Khaled Shabany, Metro East Dental Implants & Periodontics, in East Alton over the past one and 1/2 years. I am completely happy with the outcome they provided to me and for me. The staff, as well as Dr. Shabany are welcoming, helpful, and sensitive to patient issues. I recommend them highly to anyone needing periodontal assistance. I couldn’t ask for better professional help.

I had a very good experience with my tooth removal at Metro East Peridontics. Dr. Shabany did an excellent job removing my molar. I had not had a tooth extracted since my wisdom teeth were removed as a teenager & I didn’t know how it would go. Dr. Shabany did an excellent job with the novicane- the best I have ever had. I didn’t experience any pain during the procedure. I also did not experience pain, swelling, or bruising after the procedure. I did totally follow instructions given to me.
