Great pharmacy – Metro has a very friendly staff and is very courteous whenever I come on to shop. My prescriptions are filled properly and when my insurance doesn't cover my meds they will call and try to help. The store is neat and clean and always well stocked, prices are good and it is very convenient to get in and out.
Re Pharmacy service – I've been a Metro customer for many years. In the last four months, they have 'shortchanged' my 60 pill blood pressure prescription by 30 pills at least three times. Only once did they note on the bottle they 'were out' and 'owed me'. Today it happened again with no notification and when I went back the 'counter lady' was 'skeptical', the pharmacist provided the balance and didn't even apologize for the shortage and making me return.
