The ONLY place to go for fertility medications. AMAZING customer service. The pharmacists are very helpful and they have a nurse line for support. They will arrange to deliver to your home, and they even came to my assistance during an off-hours emergency when I ran out of medicine. The owner personally assisted me in getting the medication late at night on a weekend. Poor Customer Service – It was my first visit to the drug store to order prescription medication. Even though the medication was ready before a half an hour the attendant left it on the tray to pass the 30 minutes before giving me the medication. To top it off he is training a new guy and if that's how is training him the service will not get any better.

FINALLY Fertility made EASY!!!!!! – Kind,Honest and Helpful. Metro Drugs at 931 Lexinfgton Ave made my fertility journey much easier. They were helpful and knowledgable about ALL my medications. Best Fertility Pharmacy I've been too – I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. They are very professional and especially knowledgable in fertility which is their specialty. The team worked with me professionally and treated me like family. I highly recommend Metro.
GREAT with insurance companies!! – The Metro Drugs on Lexington & 68th is phenomenal! Wilda saved me $1,300 on prescriptions because she was willing to take the extra time to call the insurance company and fight for me! I didn't even ask her to do it. I was on my way to the store to pick up my prescription and she called me with the news that insurance would cover the costs, even though they told me a number of times they wouldn't. Great service!!
great pharmacy – Very good professional staff. They are the best pharmacy in the city for fertility drugs with the most knowledgable staff around. Very good customer service and strong follow up on everything from insurance coverage to delivery and calling doctors. Hands down the best pharmacy in the city.
