Not for long haul truckers .
Absolutely pathetic service. I’ve been waiting here for over 3 hours, and nobody seems to care. This place has zero respect for drivers’ time. The unloading process is painfully slow, communication is nonexistent, and the whole operation is a complete mess. Every minute wasted here costs drivers money, yet the staff act like these delays are normal. Management should be embarrassed by how poorly this location is run. If you value your time, avoid this place whenever possible.
Minus 5 (-5) for there customer service on receiving at security office. They doesn’t even know how to speak politely and professionally, they will make your day super bad. And this is not once, i come here oftenly they do it every time.
Out of the world facility Drivers please be careful when you backup on dock .very rude peoples.
