If I could give Metro Development Group a score of negative 5, I would. I live in a development where this developer is still in control. It has been a nightmare from day one. They are unresponsive, we do not get value for our HOA fees, there have been questionable financial dealings, lack of homeowners representation or notification on the HOA board, long since the time it should have been turned over to the Homeowners..
