We hired the Metro team for our design/remodel and were very impressed throughout the entire process. We had a tight timeline due to our baby arriving and they hit it, which was incredible. The team will go above and beyond to make sure the work is done correctly, even years after a project. Heather does lovely designs and our home is 100% more functional than it used to be.
Great design work and the space looks killer. Had our kitchen completely redone by them a few years ago and really love it. Only 3 stars due to the fact that two of our base cabinets were not installed levelly, meaning our counters are not level, and now our stove is not level. We kept thinking it was the stove installers fault, only to finally grab levels and see how wonky this is. Not great things to find after the place was ripped down to the studs. So go ahead and hire, but don't think you can just be hands off and trust... read more
Metro Design Build recently remodeled my kitchen. They did a terrific job and I’m very happy with the results. Everyone involved was a delight to work with. They were excellent partners from the first design consultation through the final tweaks and polish at the end. The team was accessible and great at communication. The project was completed on time and on budget. They handled change requests and last minute indecision without batting an eye. Highly recommended.
