They’re usually pretty good, but the wait time has become incredibly long. My appointment was at 9:45 a.m., I was checked into a room at 9:50, and didn’t see the provider until an hour later. Jennifer (the provider) was extremely dismissive, rushed my appointment, and brushed off my concerns. She spoke to her scribe while I was talking and became defensive when I explained I wasn’t comfortable using steroids on my face. Went in to Metro dermatologist on August 7 with an emergency rash Dr. Ortiz pointed out his concern and prescribe me antibiotics. Thank you. We recommend this place to anybody. They do emergency walk-ins.
