My dentist that I had seen for over a decade left Metro Dental care. I was rescheduled with a different dentist without learning of this until I was sitting in the chair with the hygienist. This is far from ideal patient care. It feels as though ethically, I should have been given prior notice of this and the choice of who was providing my care.
I had my six months dental check up and it went well. My former dentist is no longer there with Metro Dental and I saw a new dentist. I saw my old dentist hygienist and she gave me a good cleaning. I miss my old dentist since I was his patient for nearly 20 years. I love Metro Dental, the service is very good.
I have been a patience since '94 and I've always had the best service. Most of the individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with have left or Retired. The Young Ladies at the front desk now are just as knowledgeable as the staff I worked with in the past. The Young Lady that I've been working with/cleaning my teeth is Shadae! Metro Midway is a great dental office. I have been a patient there for years! I drive pas a lot of good dentists to have my work done by a wonderful dentist,Dr Beni. She is kind and gentle and cares for me like I am her only patient, though I know she has many. Just wish the DSO that now oversees them was different as the DSO is not kind to staff and patients I went to the office and the atire of the front desk was appalling!
