Only giving 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk are great. Don’t come here for a crown. Mine wasn’t done correctly, dealt with sensitivity for over a year. Even though this crown replacement was only because my floss was getting caught, I was told to get a consultation with an endodontist post replacement. They referred me somewhere and it was insanely expensive ($300 just for the consult). Endodontist concluded I didn’t need a root canal. I have been a patient of Dr Joshua Davis for a few years. I recently had a dental emergency that needed immediate assistance. Karina at the front desk was invaluable in expediting my visit and taking care of referrals. Dr. Davis was always available to help me navigate the endodontic care. Laura, the dental assistant, got my crown and follow-up care efficiently. Honestly, I am fortunate to have a dentist who embodies old-world values with modern technology. Where to even start with the pleasant experience I had at Metro Dental? From the very first phone call with Karina to ask about the office and appointments, I knew this would be were I would be going. She was extremely patient as I asked about their COVID protocols and helped to confirm all the precautions they were still taking.
