This place is has very rude employees, I called at 1636 to see if the place is still seen people. The agent tells me” if you are in the door by 17:30 we will take care of you. I only live 10 minutes away. I get here at 16:42 and the doors are locked. There was a lady opening the door to let customers out, when she cracks the door open I tried to explain that I called, but she just slammed the door on me and says we are closed. Three hours standing in lines due to windows specialization making the wait even longer. The clerk asked for non existent form to help who she knew. Will never go back to this place. Great way of losing all your customer.
