If I could rate a zero stars I would! AWFUL customer service! Surprise random charges. Deleted my bank account and stopped my autopay and then charged me for it. Run from this crappy establishment!
This is the most inept group I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I inquired in August of 2021 to refinance my home and after months of jumping through their hoops we could not get the deal done and it resulted in my refi falling through after 8 months of getting asked for more and more documentation. WORST BANK I'VE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH. The car I bought & they convinced me into financing because it was "cheaper" has lead me to have to work with this bank and I want to wish everyone to RUN FAR AWAY! I paid my car off in August 2024 and to this day, I am still receiving "$5.00 interest fees" owed for an account I closed in 2024. I have spoken with the worst customer service who gaslights you and tries to charge you $10.00 for paying these bills over the phone or won't help you whatsoever on the phone. They staff are Always there to help. They care about the people. Your not just a number. They take the time with all people and languages to make sure they feel safe and secure when doing business. I have been there to witness. Over the years have made many friends there that have come and retired from there. Not a traditional bank with all the options for all types of banking and experience to know the difference when directing clients. Thank you Metro
Matthew Sirois assisted me and my wife in taking out two CDs over a couple of days' time. What impressed both of us about dealing with Matthew was the way he listened, understood immediately, and went about the business of responding to our needs.
