Disappointing experience with this credit union. Despite a strong credit score and stable income, credit card application was declined without clear justification. Staff appeared disorganized and unable to provide meaningful assistance. Follow-up responses felt automated and unhelpful. I would recommend exploring other local credit unions that offer more professional service and transparent decision-making.
All the employees I have dealt with are very courteous and polite. Never had any problem.

I always thought this was the best bank. Unfortunately there technology is still not there. I got locked out because I changed my phone number but in order to change my phone number I need access to my old number. Next step, call customer service. You’ll spend 20 minutes going back and forth with a fake ai system that won’t connect you. But once you put all your info in, they finally transfer you. Stay far away, this credit union is an absolute mess. Customer service lies and then gaslights you. I have been trying to mobile deposit a check for over a week.
