I have found nothing but good customer service from any of the employees behind the counter. They always take their time with any issues that I have had. The length of the line had no bearing on the excellent customer service that I have received.

Terrible customer service at drive up window , avoid this bank at all cost
Negative 5 stars. Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I waited 40 minutes before I got someone on the phone, spent less than a minute speaking with her before she transferred me to another person and who knows how long I’ll have to wait this time around. 10/10 do not recommend letting a car dealership finance you through them. Will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.
