Mav was professional and helpful with his suggestions. He is knowledgeable about Metro products and is an excellent assistant beach manager.
I have had to go a few times for support. I have received an amazing customer service. With them since 2020, and still counting. It is a great bank with excellent employees. Really appreciate the patience.
Hard to get through on phone
I have found nothing but good customer service from any of the employees behind the counter. They always take their time with any issues that I have had. The length of the line had no bearing on the excellent customer service that I have received.
