I have had a credit card for over a decade with this credit union. I can unequivocally say that they are the most incompetent entity that I have ever had to deal with. Literally ever. Serious incompetence over the course of many many many years. The situation is now that my Metro credit card was being charged by a website [Paramount Plus] but that website would not let me access the subscription or end the subscription. Mav was professional and helpful with his suggestions. He is knowledgeable about Metro products and is an excellent assistant beach manager.
I have had to go a few times for support. I have received an amazing customer service. With them since 2020, and still counting. It is a great bank with excellent employees. Really appreciate the patience.
