Terrible customer service at drive up window , avoid this bank at all cost
Negative 5 stars. Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I waited 40 minutes before I got someone on the phone, spent less than a minute speaking with her before she transferred me to another person and who knows how long I’ll have to wait this time around. 10/10 do not recommend letting a car dealership finance you through them. Will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.

I’ve been trying for 2 days to get a payoff figure on a loan. I have emailed and called. I got a return email stating that I got a reply, but I did not. I cannot get anybody to answer the phone. I will not continue to do business with a company that has no customer service.!
Why when I call it gives me a hard time to give me my balance then it constantly repeats about my account and don’t help me with the reason why I call Should of left it how it was, I keep saying I want to Speak with a Representative and it Won’t Connect me it’s very frustrating, Please Change it back like it was.
