I would use caution when dealing with this branch office and the loan officer, she's not the the most honest person to deal with. So we wanted to purchase a travel trailier from an individual that had a loan on it from another bank. The loan process went fine. We were told by the loan lady that she would make a check payable to the owner and than make a check for the pay off at the bank.
