Refuses to show up while our business is open. They've been notified multiple times and refuse to fix anything.

They continue to deliver at a time they know our company isn't open and refuse to attempt during our business hours. They would not work with us at all. If it was up to me I would not use them, but they are a third party. Stay way from them.
Great delivery service! Pete is always friendly, always on time and I just love it when he comes to bring us the check. He is friendly, conversational and does take a few moments to say hello. This type of service is badly needed in the USA and this company has got it down to a science. Thank you to my driver Pete. Excellent work!
