Metro found asbestos in our old vents which they removed/sealed quickly for us. Jamie has since come by to view a couple other problem areas in our home. Fortunately these turned out to be no problem at all. We appreciated Jamie coming out to our house even when we did not require his service again. He doesn't use fear as a sales tactic but speaks direct and truthfully. We will continue to call Jamie at Metro for all our mold concerns in the future.
I can’t speak more highly about this company and its great team. Jamie, the operational manager, makes you feel comfortable with the whole process and delivers on schedule. Josh and Fred and other on-site personnel are extremely thorough and leave the job area spotless. Laura, in admin, is quick to follow up to ensure client satisfaction. SP
