Highly recommend hiring David for any bathroom remodeling project! We’d never had any type of remodeling done, so we were nervous, but David made it feel simple and manageable from the start — providing a helpful shopping list with recommended retailers and answering any questions we had. I can't say enough positive things about David and his team at Metro Construction and Remodeling. I got at least five estimates from contractors for a primary bathroom renovation and no one seemed to have the same organization and reasonable pricing that Metro presented in their estimate. David and his team were the best, my husband and I could not recommend them enough! We did a full master re-model, partial guest remodel and got our kitchen countertops replaced and dry bar/wine color built in added, all by David’s team and are so happy with how everything turned out. David and crew did a fantastic job on two bathrooms for us. They followed our vision precisely and were thoughtful and detailed with their work. David communicated with us throughout the process and was attentive to any questions or concerns we had. They redid all tile, added wainscoting and moldings, wallpapered, painted, installed all new fixtures in both bathrooms. Two complete overhauls, that turned out lovely. It took about an extra week than estimated, but worth the results.
