David and Metro Construction did an outstanding job on our tiny primary bathroom. Communication was clear, the quoted amount was the final amount, and they were timely throughout the renovation. We ran into a challenge once we opened the walls and the team solved it before the end of the day for a minimal additional cost, which was presented before any work was completed. I hired Metro Construction to remodel two of my bathrooms and it was a great experience. David was very helpful every step of the way, including when I started to get overwhelmed with decisions (you don’t realize just how many choices you have to make until you’re in the middle of it!) and his communication was fantastic. They did tile, tub and toilet installation, vanity replacement, painting, tub reglazing, and it all went so quickly. I’m very happy and am already talking to David about the next project I need done!

Highly recommend hiring David for any bathroom remodeling project! We’d never had any type of remodeling done, so we were nervous, but David made it feel simple and manageable from the start — providing a helpful shopping list with recommended retailers and answering any questions we had. I can't say enough positive things about David and his team at Metro Construction and Remodeling. I got at least five estimates from contractors for a primary bathroom renovation and no one seemed to have the same organization and reasonable pricing that Metro presented in their estimate.
