One star because I am unable to give zero. Cannot recommend this medical center to anyone. Their front desk/reception is extremely rude and unhelpful, even at times refusing to contact my pharmacy for information etc. I have been hung up on before and frequently experience rude attitudes when I call in. Even when receiving voicemails the receptionists are rude and sound as if they are being forced to do their job. I highly DO NOT recommend this place! Please go to UC health and apply for financial assistance. This place has done nothing and misdiagnosed my cancer! Please do not go here! They charge a lot for someone to just put a stethoscope on my chest and call it a day! I have a viral infection in my lungs and am at UC health on antibiotics.
Stay away from STRIDE. RUN! If you really need medical care this is not the place for you. For them, it's all about the number. They don't care about your health. They appear like they're being forced to do their work. My son has been over medicated here for several months. Test results since August 2023 show that he has excessive level of these medications in his blood. Getting hold of Chelsea Kissinger to reevaluate his medications is like pulling tooth. Today 2-28-2024 I went into the clinic not knowing they did not take walking. I was having an allergic reaction to something and was having a hard time breathing. I told the lady and the desk I did not have an appt but I was having a reaction to something and felt like I could not breathe.
