If I would I would give this place a zero. First for the application being 150 dollars and asking for dog fee of 30 dollars. Secondly God forbid if you do not have a bank account but you make the income requirement . I was DENIED because I do not possess a bank account and showed my paycheck stubs. They asked for income verification and it was verified already. I did not have a bank account account and they denied me as soon as got to my car. I think the housing authority would love to hear about
No pool last year No pool this year. No mention of compensation YET we have another lot rent increase! Been here 3 yrs and there's been 3 managers in that time ????? Sad
This is a quiet, well-maintained complex. The manager, Jo, is very kind and professional. She was informative, and patient. We had a lot of questions durning our tour, she did not rush us and explained everything with much detail.
Do not move here if you like to sleep at night. There is a party literally EVERY SINGLE NIGHT FOR THE PAST 4 months at the house 6047 Georgia, ROMULUS MI 48174. This man literally blasts his music, base, speakers and drums every night starting at 1am and doesn’t stop until 3:30am! So do NOT move here if you have a family or if you like peace and quiet.
