No pool last year No pool this year. No mention of compensation YET we have another lot rent increase! Been here 3 yrs and there's been 3 managers in that time ????? Sad
This is a quiet, well-maintained complex. The manager, Jo, is very kind and professional. She was informative, and patient. We had a lot of questions durning our tour, she did not rush us and explained everything with much detail.
Do not move here if you like to sleep at night. There is a party literally EVERY SINGLE NIGHT FOR THE PAST 4 months at the house 6047 Georgia, ROMULUS MI 48174. This man literally blasts his music, base, speakers and drums every night starting at 1am and doesn’t stop until 3:30am! So do NOT move here if you have a family or if you like peace and quiet. I would give 10 stars if I could Zach and Rebecca are absolutely wonderful will be moving in soon all the parks I have visited this one is hands down can't wait to start my new chapter at Metro Commons
