Repair companies are in short supply. We have an established relationship with Metro for our restaurants and they are great for us.
Garbage company with shady owners. They buy broken machinery and then fix it up just enough to be able to sell it to you and then break two months later. Robert, the owner loves to sit there and say how he’s been in business for 40 years and that wouldn’t be good business to sell broke equipment but then when you call him and explain what’s going on, he says well it’s sold as is.
If their service is anything like they drive stay far away!!. To the dummy driving 985-RVM..FYI the stick on the left of your steering wheel is your turn signal. It lets others know your intention to get over. Then you wouldn't have to speed like you were to cut people off.👍
And I quote from Robert, "I don't think we should take on this project, we can't fix it, we will just keep throwing parts at it, and we will just look like idiots." The next question was if Robert could get us a replacement parts quote. He did not want to do that either.
Kenny came to our business today. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about our new piece of equipment. We will use this company in the future for our needs!
