This Body Shop called me after an auto accident and although I was getting alot of phone calls, Liz seemed to be concerned about me and My Honda. She was very quick and responsive. They had my car towed and had my rental set up the very same day. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Thanks Metro!!!
i wish i could give them 0... worst body shop ive ever worked with. had vehicle fixed and no one ever answered when i called... took over 2 months to get the key back. unprofessional as they come
Huge thanks to Liz & Nick with Metro Collision. They completed the repairs on my Jetta above and beyond my expectations. I really love the way the car turned out. I will definetly be coming back if I ever need help again.
Very nice and welcoming staff. I got my car fixed at no cost too. I called and was able to get in quick. It's amazing that you do not have to wait to schedule an appointment even though it's recommended.
This is a place that isn't afraid to hold the insurance companies accountable. Although my car totalled, I'd have no problems taking another car there if needed. They're quick and Liz was really easy to work with.
