This company is terrible! Nick and his staff were unprofessional and very rude. The service was even worse! I was promised my car would be fixed and ready in 2 weeks, I didn’t get my car back until a month went past! When I finally received my car the damages were not fixed properly. And Nick(the manager) promised me a rebate cash back upon delivery of my vehicle. Not only did I not get my cash back. I took my 2019 Ram to metro collision to get my bedside replaced when I hit a deer after I picked it up and got it home I started to notice a lot of problems. I noticed they didn’t replace the bedside, there were bolts missing in the wheel well, the window mold on my door was dangling on bc they tried to glue the old on back on, they cut the weather strip on the inside of my door, and they had over spray on the fuel lid boot and molding on top on my bed side and anyone with common sense knows you take the parts off when you ... read more
