Negative reviews of these guys are perplexing. We test drove a Chevy Cruze. Keith provided the mechanic inspection report and CarFax prior to us arriving and was quick to respond to questions. We felt like we had everything we needed to make an informed decision about the vehicle. No surprises. Should we have a need for a used vehicle they have stocked in the future I would contact them again.
This experience of buying my Town and Country was a fantastic and even fun car buying experience. They were absolutely wonderful to do business with!
Do not purchase from this lot if you do bring and mechanic and a OBD scanner they like to clear trouble codes and tell you that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle my brother brought a car from them it had low mileage but didn’t even last a full yeah if you guys want to excel you needa do better because people spend there money with yall just to junk the car a year later
Drove almost 2 hours to look at a van. . Van engine was knocking at arrival. They were nice and attempted to fix it but the engine kept knocking. After stating if it was fixed we would purchase another time, dude blocked us on marketplace and terminated the conversation. Keep in mind people these are scammers and they “clesred the code” but we brought our own code reader so that didn’t work. dude also stated he wasnt about basketball but wearing NBA pants an in slides. Very unprofessional business. No responses were made despite our timely arrival. In addition, the car had a flat tire and was missing pieces inside!
