I left a dress to be cleaned as I had to take it on a trip. They offered to have it on Monday after 5pm and when I went there to pick it up they said they did not have it. I told them I had asked if they could have it for that specific date as I was getting on a plane early next day and taking the dress with me on the trip and they assured me they could have ti by then. I told the sales lady that I could not come back tomorrow and I needed the dress, she just looked at me and said "Sorry!". She didn't even try to call anyone... read more

WHY NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH METRO CLEANERS! I used Metro Cleaners on Monroe Street for a number of years until the owner sold the business. Several years later, after he got the business back, he asked me to bring my business back. In the past few months since I have been back, they destroyed three shirts, lost three other shirts and lost a pair of slacks.
