It is always a pleasure to do banking at this bank. It is one of few banking centers that are open in the weekends to their customers. Their drive through window is very convenient and so I can do my transactions without leaving my car.
I like the people and services at the bank on Jimmy Carter. But I hate the mobile app sign in. Not like any other banks with quick sign in of memorizing on password and user ID. Hope they will improve the sign in process faster in the future.
The representatives are friendly, but the bank is extremely inflexible. To do anything, I have to go to the bank in person!!! That only works if you live close enough. It was a mistake for me to open an account with them simply because they are close to the China Town. Their rates are not competitive either. 10-month CDs at 3.7% APR?!? High-yield savings at Discover and Capital One pay 4.1% now, and I can withdraw anytime with high-yield savings and ONLINE! Higher rate and better service!
