On Road trip, we had a little problem with the engine coolant, they check and they explained us what to do. Excellent service.
We buy Dodge for the customer service. I recently had a minor issue with some finishing details and I brought it to the attention of the service manager. Logan was amazing with my feedback and went above and beyond to make it right. We will continue to buy a Dodge for the service.
Stopped at Metro Chrysler in Whitehorse for an oil change while on a road trip, and they were awesome. Super friendly staff, fast service, and they got me back on the road within 3 hours. Knowing I was going to Tuk, they even gave the truck a quick once-over just to make sure everything looked good. Just helpful people doing a great job.
I live in a community so i had to drive an hour and a half to have my truck "fixed" just to less than 24 hours on my ride home have the check engine light come on again meaning now i have to take YET ANOTHER day off work, travel into whitehorse and have someone fix my truck AGAIN less than 24 hours after it left your shop... im not a fan of missing work and having to skip out on a day of pay so your really screwing me, thanks.
