Took my vehicle here for servicing multiple times. In one instance I took it in for a wheel alignment after putting a lift into my jeep, and I started hearing clanging going on right after. I took it back to them, and they said my front track bar was loose and proceeded to try and charge me for the labour of tightening it up. The track bar is part of the wheel alignment and they still tried to charge me for having to tighten it up after I brought back. These guys were so nice and professional and saved us so much time on our vacation. As the only dealer in Yukon this place is busy but when I called with a dead Jeep Grand Cherokee while steve made no promises he did his best to get the car in and looked over quickly. Our mechanic whose name I can’t recalll was also super nice and helpful trying to educate us on what to do if the issue happened again.
