Helpful staff
Quite disappointed with the service.. since I received none. Walked into the showroom this morning looking to speak with sales, no one acknowledged me entering. 2 salesman sitting at their desk. One physically walked passed me to go out through the front door without acknowledging me and the other sat at his desk and wouldn't make eye contact. Ok, so this has been a terrible experience so far. They still have my car, but here is what’s going on. I took the car in for a recall back in November 2025. They told me that I needed some control arms, ball joints and new struts. I said let’s go ahead, asked when they would be able to get me in, and I wanted price and availability. They send me a quote, said they wouldn’t book me in until we got the parts. I said that’s fine, I will order aftermarket struts and they order everything else.
