Long story short, my Ford truck was stolen in Toronto at the ALT Hotel and after dealing with insurance and searching for a replacement vehicle I felt hopeless and defeated I would not find a truck with all the same features during the current truck shortage. One of their employees just drove a company vehicle over my wet lawn instead of waiting 5 seconds for the garbage truck to move.
Horrible experience, purchasing a brand new truck at this dealership. Salesman was very devious and unprofessional. Tried to make me think that I was getting a certain amount for my trade-in after I told him I would not make a deal today if he did not give me a set amount. Then he tried to make me sign with lower amount, and even went on to say that there’s not much difference because I’m getting so much for my trade-in, and it will lower the taxable amount on the vehicle.
