My experience working at Metro was the worst. They expect a new person to hit full production targets on the very first day. There was no proper training given, nothing. All the staff members speak very rudely. Specifically, Daman picking team leader acts like she is the CEO of the company. I don't know why she shows so much attitude, she has absolutely no manners when talking to people. She is forgetting that she is just doing general labour work too. Becoming a Team Leader hasn't made her the company's CEO.
They should change their supervisor
