My wife bought a new phone they gave her a charger she never asked for the next day my wife and I went back in the store to return the charger the manager told me she could not give us a refund because she did my wife a favor by not charging her a activation fee that was way more than the $20 the charger was worth i showed her the receipt where it showed the $10 activation fee she said I wont give you a refund I called support they told me to go back in the store so they can speak to her once she heard support she would not ... read more
