Very helpful staff!
Only able to help one person because they only have one computer. So you got one guy on his phone holding up the counter and the other associate helping someone shop. Why he wasn't able to help me while the other associate continued to help the other customer shop makes no sense. But after watching him for almost half an hour stand around I left. Waste of my time.
My wife bought a new phone they gave her a charger she never asked for the next day my wife and I went back in the store to return the charger the manager told me she could not give us a refund because she did my wife a favor by not charging her a activation fee that was way more than the $20 the charger was worth i showed her the receipt where it showed the $10 activation fee she said I wont give you a refund I called support they told me to go back in the store so they can speak to her once she heard support she would not ... read more
