Great help. Transfered my info to my upgraded phone
I had to visit this store to fix the porting after struggling for couple of days with the customer support and in store service. The store associate Chris helped me to address the account porting. The customer service team misguided me saying that the account is set up and the pin is needed. The realty was that the account was never setup due to non porting. Chris finally ported the number and then set up the account. Finally we were able to retain the number after this much of hassle.
