I wanted to change my plan. The posters/Ads inside the store was showing some plans and I chose one of them. The front desk told me that they can’t change my plan in store and that I have to call customer service. They told me it’s only for new customers. I wonder how true is that. After I called the customer service and got everything sorted out, I asked them if I could do this in-person and the representative said Yes I could. I don’t know what’s going on but I think I went to Spanish Speaking only store.
