Emily was exceptional. My phone situation was different and difficult due to the fact that my phone was hijacked! It took more effort to establish a new phone with all my apps shared. She did what I needed and which was out of the box thinking and got the job done! Apple support cant boast such a claim! You deserve a raise just for my situation alone and she handled it like a true professional! Thanks Emily!
I put up a post this morning about Metro and the service and how horrible the services is there but I guess they don't want you to see what I wrote so it was taken down it was just the Truth... saying how the service is lousy...terrible so let's see if they take this one down... they take it down because they know they're not doing anything about it... Because they don't care bottom line just about Money..
The girl who works there is either 5 minutes late or she gets in there and takes her time opening the door for the first customer she always has to walk to the store and get herself something those things need to be taken care of before she even gets to her job not when she gets there and these people outside waiting until she gets her food from Circle K that's not right.. and when I do get in there she tells me that she couldn't do what I needed her to do without selling me a new phone... They have no clue on how to do anything except sell you new equipment... They will not call support and do the work. You have to call support and do there job! Very sad!
