They have no clue on how to do anything except sell you new equipment... They will not call support and do the work. You have to call support and do there job! Very sad!
We came in looking for iPhones and to move our service over to Metro. Sharlene was so great and helped us through the whole process. She was understanding, patient, and a pleasure to have helped us! She walked us through the whole thing and it was honestly the easiest experience I’ve ever had with a cellphone provider. Thanks so much again shar!

Last time I felt like I got screwed hard but these folks were always good at their jobs. I was misled a little but to be honest after Verizon and AT&T I'm headed back. AT&T in Edgewater are the worst these guys(gals) are just fine with me.
