They will not answer my calls . I bought a pre paid card that I was promised would work in Canada but it does not. They refuse to take my calls

I just want to say the experience with this location is just horrible.the lie and tell you .you need to switch to t mobile and how great it is a you get new phone and then i get a bill for 2000.00 for the phones that are still in the box .so don't go near that store

I came here to get my daughter a new phone for her 16th birthday, and opened a new line on my account. The woman helping me quotes me around 150 dollars to get this done. Now even though it is supposed to be free with the new number I figured they're just tacking on a bunch of activation fees and whatnot, I didn't ask her to break it down for me. I'm only giving 3 stars because of mike. He's friendly and helpful. Other than him and one other girl, the people I have dealt with weren't able to help me and weren't very friendly. Don't have much of selection in stock either.
