This place is terrible. I broke my phone and needed my transfer pin and account number to switch to a different company. It is illegal not to provide that information. The skinny Arab guy tried to get me to buy a new phone. I call the 1 (888) number and they asked to speak with him and he kept shaking his head no. I then him if he was going to speak to them and he kept shaking his head no. I am going to try to report this. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years.

What's the point of having an in-store phone when it's never being answered. I was told that on July 3rd I'd receive a text from metro when the product I had already paid for would arrive as I had to wait for my replacement to be delivered because the original product I had bought wasn't working. On the 3rd I called more than the times I've called today, with that being said I also called on the 4th before 1pm with the same result. Service by Nadia I think her name was Awful experience, not the best service, was told to get another phone than what I wanted because it had a better camera... Ended up having the worst camera in the world. Didn't get a case or a screen protector...
