Tiana was amazing! This girl was by herself with a very challenging customer when we walked in! Not only did she keep it together, she was multitasking like a boss! She took care of our needs and was doing her best to assist in the other parties concern. Addressing a cell phone concern is never a quick process. Tiana was kind and patient, two qualities necessary when working in the retail industry. People, be nice to the staff, you don’t know what they’ve had to deal with all day. 🫶🏻

Be careful they will switch you to t mobile with a new phone and mess up your metro plan they created a nightmare for me with half my plan with t mobile and half with metropcs all for sale of new phone than they will talk stupid when you try to get it right again
