Every single month, month after month for a year or more. We go into the store to pay the cell phone. Bill and the computers are down so we can't pay the bill or if we pay the bill, we can't get a receipt because the printers don't work If your gonna have a store, have functioning equipment. Don't know about the store I did everything online. I just switched from Visible wireless and I'm happy with my 25$ a month plan and an easy switch..
Worse then any service I've ever gotten from anyone.
Just drove 66.5 miles from Sedalia and they are not open, even though their hours on the door and Google say open until 7pm. Lights are on. No one answering the phone. I'm pretty pissed and disappointed. What kind of business is this? I always had great phone/customer service with Metro while living in Dallas, Texas for 20 years. Here you can barely find a Metro and when you do they're not open...sad times
