Never open when they say they are supposed to be!
Come here twice in the past 7 days both after they're supposedly open and both times locked doors no answer on the phones. RIDICULOUS.

Wow I walked in on a very irate customer from another store. The guy was able to diffuse the whole situation. He clearly explained why he couldn't help but told her what to say at her home area store. It was impressive. After that he helped me cancel a line that I tried to cancel at MY home store and on 611. He was kind enough to take time to walk me thru the whole call. I really appreciated that, especially after being bounced around by the others.
