Tj was absolutely amazing he helped us set up a new phone and was absolutely amazing. He told us about everything they had and all the deals that’s were going on. He even talked to us and was so personable to relate to. The dude is a true blessing to metro and they need more people like him to work with you. Never open when they say they are supposed to be!
Come here twice in the past 7 days both after they're supposedly open and both times locked doors no answer on the phones. RIDICULOUS.
Customer rep good and patient reset my phone I phone 8 on first trip to store and did good job installing screen protector 9-29-2025
