I don't know who the new girl is but 3 times on 3 different days she has refused to take my payment claiming her system is down and to come back later.
Sam was really helpful regarding my bill. Helped me take my bill down and got few metro free gifts too.
Very unhelpful. The only thing the salesman wanted was to sell me a new overpriced phone. Didn't bother to troubleshoot (it had a scratched sim card)
