Horrible place. No help at all. The guy in there just didn't seem like he wanted to be there or want to do his job. Wouldn't listen to me. Waste of time.
Daughter broke her phone on vacation and tried to get a replacement but was told it would be 250 for a phone never looked up my account or even asked for my name or phone number told me it would be cheaper to get a new phone number
The worst place ever. Bought my $600.00 phone there and was advised by T-Mobile to return it to the store as I was experiencing problems with it. They took it and I never received it back. They lost it or stole it and refuses any responsibility. I'm out $600.00. Liars and thieves!
