Unfortunately this company was appointed the surveyor for our extension and renovation. There were multiple issues that were not identified as expected. A certificate of final inspection was issued when in reality it shouldn't have been completed if issues had have been identified. Multiple plumbing issues alone were noted by the VBA As a building surveyor is there to check works done by others and ensure they comply with relevant building regulations - this company failed to do this. We would not recommend this company.
