We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Metro Builders. Aaron Andrada and his crew did an excellent job putting on our new roof. Aaron was communicative throughout the process. He worked with our insurance to get them to cover the majority of the replacement cost and saved us A LOT of money. I would definitely recommend them and will work with them again if we need work done on our home.
Thank you to Metro builders for doing a fantastic job repairing my chimney. It was leaking from rotted wood and flashing. Ben Thompson and Aaron Andrada worked to make sure the job done as promised… I’m so appreciative of the great work! Their on site team was thorough and efficient and did a wonderful job! I regret using Metro to do work at my home. I was told things would be done a certain way, but it was completely different after signing the contract. They skipped parts of our contract, and tried to lie their way out when confronted about it. It took two weeks longer than agreed to due to their mistakes, but they offered no discount, or reimbursement for us having to extend our stay away from the house. Metro Builders and Ben Thompson did a wonderful job helping us deal with insurance to get our roof replaced! He's very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Timely, friendly, honest. I believe he could of made some "easy" money, but he chose a more crédable approach.
