Thank you to Metro builders for doing a fantastic job repairing my chimney. It was leaking from rotted wood and flashing. Ben Thompson and Aaron Andrada worked to make sure the job done as promised… I’m so appreciative of the great work! Their on site team was thorough and efficient and did a wonderful job! I regret using Metro to do work at my home. I was told things would be done a certain way, but it was completely different after signing the contract. They skipped parts of our contract, and tried to lie their way out when confronted about it. It took two weeks longer than agreed to due to their mistakes, but they offered no discount, or reimbursement for us having to extend our stay away from the house. Metro Builders and Ben Thompson did a wonderful job helping us deal with insurance to get our roof replaced! He's very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Timely, friendly, honest. I believe he could of made some "easy" money, but he chose a more crédable approach.
In July 2024, my water heater failed causing considerable damage to my home. Chris Price /Metro Builders responded within 24 hours to access the damage. They were professional, courteous, and explained the restoration and repair process timetable and cost. I recommend their services to any and every one.
