Dropped off a piece of jewelry for a very simple repair. Without any notifications, about a month later I stopped in to pick up my piece. Was told three different stories from three different people, they didn't have the piece. I demanded it back, being lied to again, and was asked to pay $300 and it was not even repaired. I refused to pay, they tossed my piece of jewelry at me and the owner told me they didn't want to do business with me. Bunch of thieves that are absolutely clueless.
